1. Acceptance of Terms By signing in to the Agent Portal (“Portal”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and any other applicable guidelines. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Portal. 2. Agent Account Each agent is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any activity conducted under your account will be deemed as performed by you or your authorized personnel. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. 3. Use of the Portal The Portal is provided solely for the purpose of booking, managing, and administering travel services for your clients. Misuse, including but not limited to fraudulent bookings, unauthorized data extraction, or abuse of the system, is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time in case of misuse or breach. 4. Booking Terms All bookings are subject to availability, supplier rules, and applicable fare conditions. You are responsible for providing accurate passenger information. Errors or omissions may result in penalties or additional costs. Cancellation, refund, and change policies will follow the rules of the respective airline or supplier. 5. Payments and Commission Payments must be made in accordance with the agreed payment method and schedule. Any applicable commissions or incentives will be applied as per your agency agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of your account. 6. Liability We act only as an intermediary between agents and suppliers (airlines, consolidators, etc.). We are not responsible for changes, cancellations, delays, or service issues caused by suppliers. Your agency is liable for any losses or damages arising from misuse of the Portal or breach of these Terms. 7. Confidentiality and Data Protection You agree to handle all customer data in compliance with applicable data protection laws. Any confidential information obtained through the Portal must not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent. 8. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, all outstanding amounts become due immediately. 9. Amendments We may update these Terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be provided via the Portal or email. Continued use of the Portal constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
